10/10 Excepcional
Resort was amazing. It is centralized to where you can visit anywhere! A car was a must for us. We were there for 8 days and didn’t stop at all. We were go go. The resort was beautiful. The room was more than we expected. Only downside was some of the staff seemed a little rude. Like more annoyed to help than anything. Don’t get me wrong…we had some wonderful interactions with staff. But a few were kind blah. Kinda like they were annoyed at us asking for the simplest of things. I get it…it’s busy and crowded…but something as simple as a key card not working shouldn’t resort in attitude and basically being called a liar. Lol. We were more shocked than anything. We kinda laughed it off. Maybe she was having a rough morning…not sure. But it was ok. Just small things like that. And basically not knowing what to do or where to go seemed hard when asking for help. We were given the simplest of answers and had to ask even more questions. We eventually just figured it out. I would 100% stay here again though! Like I said, we did have some amazing conversations and help from some of the staff!
