The property was nice and in a great location, close to the beach, historical areas and walkable to restaurants and shops. My overall review is only good, because the air did not work in our room and it was extremely hot all night long. We called the front desk a few time and they couldn’t do anything about it, however I am sure there was an empty room we could have been moved to. I booked it based on recommendations from family that stayed previously and would try it again if I’m ever in the area.

The staff was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful. Even allowed me to check in two hours early. The hotel is steps from the beach and all cool restaurants. Would definitely go back. My room was not ready at check in and for 90 minutes I was told “it is ready in 10 minutes, please come back in 10 minutes”, that was frustrating. The pool bar only opened after noon, which was strange. Cleanliness was ok. Most of the staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast was good with a wide enough selection of food.

Close to beach area and walking distance to restaurants shopping and site seeing. Hotel is spacious and breakfast option is good. Staff at the breakfast and check in are nice. Wish the hotel would have disclosed that there is a fee of 15 euros to access it daily. There is only one treadmill and limited equipments. For that cost compare to daily use in the States, not worth it. There’s no water towels and any other options amenities in the gym. Just a room. It should. Be complimentary as part of the hotel service fee you pay for.

I booked this room for my bosses daughter. Normally in North America you put a card on file & any remaining charges will just be billed to your card. There must have been a misunderstanding because there was still about $150 owing when she left the hotel. Instead of calling & just asking for payment they called me 7 times at 3am leaving me voicemails saying they were calling the police! Without ever even speaking with me. A truly bizarre experience.
