Things to like - location is close to petite taxi and near the top of the Medina which in Fes is important because it's built on a hill.
The official guide recommended was decent but still took you to the rug shops etc even after saying no thanks.
The manager is pretty good and helpful as is the night manager, but doesn't speak much English which wasn't an issue. The day person is less helpful. Laundry, was more expensive than in Europe, and they separated whites and charged for two loads, and they didn't come back very clean.
They provided breakfast to go on the day we left early.
We would say it's an average stay that's got a good location for easy in and out access.
Didn't get a chance to try the pool, but the AC worked well.
Note that all of the rooms have the bathrooms and the bedrooms on different floors within the same room. Ours had a low clearance door which I hit (6') maybe 5 out of 10 times, mostly at night.
The bathrooms are decent. In Morocco, already remember to open the floor drain in the shower or it will fill up, which no one told us.
The double beds are very firm. If you have the 3rd person bed is soft, because it's actually a couch.
