Very rude personnel
Bad experience that affected the mood for our visit to Venice. First, arriving late was a huge ordeal, we had to have 4-5 coordination calls, send our credit card info by email which is not safe. Would have been as easy as giving us the code to the door and an envelope with a key. Secondly they indicated my dog was not allowed and I had to show them in Hotels.com app that they where allowed. They made us sign a document prohibiting the dog from many things like joining us for breakfast. Are we supposed to take turns for breakfast while someone stays in the room with the dog? Isn’t this a family trip and we want to take breakfast together? Dogs are definitely frowned upon in this hotel, they say they are welcomed but they are not. Finally, I wasn’t sure how to get to the breakfast and entered through a wrong door and was yelled as it was off limits …. How would I know if there is no sign!
Besides the terrible customer service the breakfast is bad, juice is toxic. Coffee was ok.
