Great family hotel
It was a pleasure to be at this hotel. The lobby was very clean and smelled fresh. Our room was nice and clean. No complaints from me and my family.

We drove 11 hours and arrived early and tired. We decided to try to check in and the staff was very accommodating to get us in a little early. The room was very clean and nice, everything worked including the ice machines. Breakfast was terrific and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We are so glad we chose the Fairfield by Marriott.

The property was set up in a very convenient area. Close to dining, shopping. Walkable distance to all. Our initial experience was to be greeted by the amazing front desk worker by the name of Gracie. She was so pleasant and energetic we were thrilled. She was extremely attentive and laughed at our silly humor. The housekeeper on our floor was so sweet I don't know her name. She would ask us if we needed anything and check with us at least twice. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Good hotel. Just a few small things, we only had two towels in the room, yes we only had 2 travelers in room but throw in an extra towel. Also comforter has a fairly large stain on it, kinda looked like coffee but makes you question cleanliness walking into room and you immediately see a stain on comforter.

We were in town for a marching band competition near by and stayed for one night. When we first checked in, the room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke so I asked the front desk if there was another room available. Gracie was polite and found a different room across the hall which smelled like a normal hotel room. The room was clean and had a mini fridge which was convenient for me as I was breastfeeding and had to pump (being away from my baby) and store my milk. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. The oatmeal bar was awesome and had many topping choices. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here next year when we head back for competition.

They told me they had a generator at the establishment I came during the hurricane, she encouraged me to use the elevator which I did not , I took the stairs . But after an hour there they lost power after assuring me they had a generator on site. I’m very dissatisfied with the stay , I didn’t even stay the 2nd night , I’d like my money back for the miss information I was given. I’m unhappy with being lied too.
