When i reached the place at night in dubai with my children, they said they don't have any booking for me. After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. They then tried to get us into the "appartment" which took two more hours. This was because their "app" they use to give digital key doesn't work. Then they said the security of the building will have a physical key. They didn't, they went hunting for the key. Overall from the moment I came to the appartment to the moment I was able to enter the place it took 4 hours. Around midnight i was able to get in. The place was cochroach infested, the washroom was very dirty, we were 5 people and they gave us a one bedroom apartment (i had orignally booked a 3 bedroom apartment and paid for a 3 bedroom apartment). So one of my kids and I slept on the floor. Remember "cockroach infested". I asked the guy who came from staycae, if they can give us a 3 bedroom aprtment and he said they dont' have 3 bedroom apartments at all. I asked why was it listed as such on expedia. They said, they dont' know anything about that and to talk to expedia. During whole ordeal both expedia and staycae pointed at each others and said I need to talk to the other people. We somehow spent the night there and booked another hotel room. I email staycae customer service ( they don't answer the phone), nothing!
