Clean and pleasant!

The room was clean. Everything felt new and in good condition. There was no nasty carpeting or nasty bedspreads. I felt comfortable walking in my bare feet. I liked the soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was available. The hotel has nice amenities like a pool, exercise room, and pool table. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a good experience.

We loved our stay at Tru!

My sister and I drove from Cincinnati for a concert and decided to stay the night and make the drive back home the next day. We loved staying at the Tru and said when we go back to Columbus we will definitely be staying there again. We loved everything it had to offer. Gym, pool, outside patio with fire pits, pool table, sitting areas downstairs, the ability to purchase drinks and snacks 24/7 at the check in desk, etc. Rooms were very clean (I love the hard flooring vs carpet for a hotel). Stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) (all of which smelt great). TV came with Netflix, I think Tubi or Pluto, and YouTube then Live Tv. I will say, the one and only thing we wished was that there was an option to access more streaming services to watch (we are watching a show on Paramount Plus) but other than that, wonderful hotel & stay!

We got to hotel very late, staff did rush us to get our room. We had a second floor room which was very near the elevator. When the elevator was moving you would feel vibration of it on the floor. Also the air unit was not seal correct creating a whistling noise, we had very high winds. Finally we were woken up by fire alarm at 7 :20 a.m and it was a false alarm.

This hotel was newly built when I stayed here, so everything was certainly top-notch. Tru Hotels usually are fantastic places to stay anyway. This hotel is built in an area that isn't super built up yet. There are definitely fast food places and a few smaller shopping locations in the area, but as of now it's not really an area I would spend a lot of time around. However, it would not stop me from staying at this great hotel if I was staying in Columbus again.

I always like staying at Tru’s property! This particular hotel breakfast options was not good at all. I had to get breakfast from other restaurants around. My room was clean. Satisfied with that! My toilet stopped flushing, I called front desk…..instantly the maintenance man came and fixed the problem! Overall, the area was great! Close to the highway! Close to restaurants!

Very nice hotel. Brand new. It DOES NOT have a pool! The pool is closed and under construction for the foreseeable future. My room was nice and clean but the AC was broken. So it was nice sleeping in 82° heat.

The property is very new so that was nice. The breakfast was Ok I didn’t have any but there was oatmeal n eggs n cold cereal, so not bad there was some variety. I accidentally booked a handicap room on Expedia so I was not happy because the hotel was full so we couldn’t change it. Other than that it was very clean n quiet just right for a short visit in Columbus.
