This Aloft property does not meet Marriott standards. It more resembled an old high-rise motel that has had modern carpet and Aloft logos slapped on each floor. Windows are so poor that four floors up, it feels like the sirens and airplanes are in the room with you. There are dummy AC controls on the wall that aren't actually connected to any heating or cooling. If you want to drown out the motorcycles and planes, you're forced to blast cold or hot air from the motel-style HVAC units installed by the window.
We reserved a room for three people, and paid extra for two queen beds. We arrived and were told they gave away our room, and the only room left was a single bed. No accommodations were offered, but they made many excuses about rewards members requesting two beds (i.e. lowly non-elite customers can expect to have their rooms given away). We were told no roll-away beds or sofas were available, so we were provided with an extra blanket so one of us could sleep on the floor.
Will not return.
