The room was dusty, hair all over bathroom . No extra sheets or pillows for pull out bed . Paid $800 for a suite but overall disappointed this round . The pool area and gym were very nice compared to other hotels . Carlos at the poil bar was very nice .

Wonderful property with lots of activities and restaurants, cafes on site. Amazing in-room 24-hr dining service. The coffee shop is also open until 12am, which was really nice. Clean rooms. We could watch the New Year Fireworks from the pool deck. Complimentary shuttle to Old San Juan.
