We like to drive around and look new places at Mallorca this was one of the best places we have book the last years. Nice «apartment» with nice view of the swimming pool, safe parkingspace and a fantastic breakfast was included. We will definitely come back for some more days, later. The staff live there jobs and smile all the time

everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly, it is quite clean and tidy, it looks like new. the activities they offer, swimming pool, nature, tennis, football, volleyball, table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf and others are perfect. the right place to rest, we really have no complaints. a large selection of food for breakfast and dinner. highly recommended!!!

A very good adults only holiday resort with friendly helpful staff, 340 rooms in low level buildings set in 4 blocks around the gardens and pool area, all kept immaculately clean and tidy. Large comfortable rooms, en-suite shower and toilet with Wi-Fi, TV and fridge. Kettle, cups and glasses supplied but no tea or coffee. Large bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Breakfast buffet with selection of fruit, cereal, cold meats and cooked breakfast. Dinner buffet with good selection of starters, mains and deserts on an all you can eat basis. Wine, beer and usual selection of other drinks available. 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops and bars/cafes/restaurants. All in all a great holiday, would definitely stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was a good size and we had a great view of the entire property. Our room came with a mini fridge and kettle (no tea/coffee). There was no shower gel which isnt a big deal as most people bring their own toiletries but just incase anyone wanted to know (shampoo/conditioner provided). The breakfast and dinner buffet was good with a variety of options daily. We had most of our lunches on the resort and they were very good too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the property they had some really fun activities which were led by Kuba who had great energy and getting people involved. He would also leave the activities out for anyone to use afterwards. Evening activities were good too with entertainment like singers or quiz nights (super fun!).

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen in der Anlage - nach einigen Anfangsschwierigkeiten (falsches Zimmer etc.), wir haben uns auch sehr wohlgefühlt, was vor allem an dem sensationellen Personal lag. Alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service in der Bar und im Restaurant hätte kaum besser sein können, und auch Animateur Kuba ist einfach ein Schatz. Dennoch: Wir würden nicht nochmal hinfahren. Grund: Das Frühstück war ok, das Abendessen weniger, irgendwie alles ohne Geschmack. Ganz schlimm ist indes die Mückensituation. Weil die Anlage neben einem Naturschutzgebiet liegt, darf man dort nicht gegen die Plagegeister sprühen. Ohne Anti Brumm hält man es dort am Abend nicht aus. Das muss man bedenken, und wir hatten noch Glück, haben wir erfahren, weil es nicht geregnet hat.

Das Gym welches angeboten wurde bestand nur aus zwei Fahrrädern und einzelnen Hanteln. Die Terrasse und das Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber und. Die Böden, Wände und einige Möbel sowie Lichter waren nicht im besten Zustand. Die angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Minigolf und Tennis waren zwar möglich und kostenlos aber leider waren diese Anlangen auch nicht mehr im besten Zustand und verbesserungsbedürftig. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gab es zwar viel Auswahl aber es bot sich täglich fast das selbe Angebot. Man sah das sie versuchten jeden Tag ein anderes Land zu vertreten aber dies konnte man nicht wirklich annehmen, da es fast immer das selbe war. Die Poolzeiten fanden von 10-18 Uhr statt was wir wirklich schade fanden, da wir auch gerne abends nochmal in den Pool gegangen wären da er abends wirklich wunderschön aussah. Das Personal war aber eine 10/10, immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig und den Weg zum Strand konnte man mit einem schönen Spaziergang verbinden. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden auch nochmal wieder kommen :)

Super séjour, un hôtel très agréable avec un personnel GÉNIAL !! Les chambres sont comme sur les photos, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et complet, le personnel est toujours très agréable et à disposition. Je recommande, l’emplacement est également top, à 15 minutes à pied de Playa de Muro et d’une ligne de bus rejoignant le port d’alcudia et Palma
