The location of the bathrooms, compared to the access to the room, was very inconvenient and made it difficult to have privacy. The beds were very tough to sleep on with how firm they felt. The cameras facing the bedrooms from the kitchenette were very uncomfortable.

The property overall was great. The room itself is good for a quiet couple or family. One thing that bothered me was the bathroom we had assigned to us didnt have a working sink.... Which made it inconvenient to get ready and brush teeth. You pay over a hundred dollars to sleep for one night and can't even use the bathroom sink...

I dont think this place actually exists. Dont return emails or phone calls, no actual street address exists as far as I can tell, and mapquest will direct you to a park directly adjacent to the African American Museum if you try to drive to this "guesthouse". Its a scam. Stay away! *Expedia intervened and quickly found us an alternative reservation, so we didnt end up without a place to sleep that night. Kudos to Expedias customer Care professionals!

This was the worst accomodations we've ever stayed at. The "furniture" was cheap and the bed/pillows were awful. Felt like sleeping on plywood covered in plastic. Clearly meant to make a buck. Put as little as possible into it. Nothing was comfortable or nice.
