El alojamiento fue muy bien, pero no tienen hora para que los niños vayan al spa, que es algo fácil dejar una hora para ellos al dia. Y estaba lleno de moscas. Estaban muertas en la habitacion cuando llegamos ademas de tener otras cuantas vivas dando vueltas. Es algo molesto. Deberían repasar las habitaciones antes de entrar. Sobre todo debajo de la cortina.

Kold pool, ingen mad og manglende vedligeholdelse.
Det er et hotel med masser af muligheder, desværre formår de ikke selv at se hvilken perle og potentiale hotellet har. Fx er der, en lækker bygning som kunne være en fed pool bar, desværre var den ikke åben i de 7 dage vi var der, i stedet skulle alle der lå ved poolen, selv gå ind og bestille drikkevare. Det er ubegribeligt at man ikke vælger at sende en tjerner ud ved hver halv time og spørge om man vil bestille noget. Ligesom det er ubegribeligt at man, på trods af at man er i ingenmandsland, ikke kan bestille en middags snack, sandwich, burger eller andet let anretning. Det virker nærmest som om at man ikke vil tjene penge. Stedet trænger til, at der er en daglig håndværker der går og laver alle de mange småting og fejl der er næsten over alt. Det kan godt være at jeg måske er lidt præget af mit daglige virke i facilities management afdelingen, men ikke desto mindre ved jeg hvad jeg ser. Og ham der kom for at slå græs den ene dag, var ren underholdning og håber virkelig at han får løn for udført arbejde og ikke pr. time, for så kan det ikke være andet end endnu et sted hvor der sættes penge til. Poolen...er et flot ord for et isbad, var nødt til at spørgen om den med vilje var nedkølet. Gør gæsterne og jer selv en kæmpe tjeneste og sørg for at den enten ikke har så hurtigt et gennemløb eller sæt en varmepumpe på, så man kan holde ud at opholde sig i den i mere end 5 min. Det som trækker stedet op er personalets utrolige imødekommenhed.
