Overall, the property is beautiful. The architecture and decor is lovely and I presume authentic to Morocco. The food was fine (really enjoyed the tagine).
There needs to be some repair and maintenance done but for what we paid, I have no complaints.
The owner was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms. He moved us to a bigger, better room.
As it was my birthday, Karim (the concierge) arranged with his boss to decorate the room and supplied a cake too. I was pleasantly surprised.
The staff are the best aspect of our stay here! Attentive, friendly, accommodating and deserve 5* and more.
If you are travelling here, it would be advisable to use your own transport or budget for taxis in and out of the area. It is quite isolated.
