It was a basic hotel, you could tell it was a recent purchase and there were renovations in progress. Carpet was in desperate need of relaxing and bathroom ceiling tiles were rusted. Shower head was about 4 1/2 ft high so it also made it hard for my 6 foot tall boys and husband to shower. Hopefully the renovations will help with all of the inconveniences.

Hotel stay
We reserved 2 rooms for my family. Checked in and 1 of the 2 rooms were not clean after the prior guest left. We went and canceled that room in which we did get refunded for. Once we came back to the hotel from dinner, our key did not work to get into the door. We then had to go back to the desk to have the key re-activated. The person at the desk Austin was very friendly and nice but the overall service wasn’t very well. This has been our go to spot when traveling to Branson. After this trip I’m not sure about the future stays.

This hotel was not our first choice but circumstances with another hotel caused us to end up here. The hotel was fine but didn’t have the amenities we were to have with the first hotel. The service that helped us switch hotels supposedly gave us a small upgrade for the same price with a hot tub in the room. I knew enough about this to make it work but with no instructions it didn’t work out like it should have. It only ran for a few minutes and then stopped and would not restart. Then about 2hrs later it started all by itself with no water in it. I did get it shut off and didn’t use it again. Then of all things the fire alarm went off early because the kitchen burnt some bacon

I never leave reveiws but I had to help someone else out. Don’t stay here. The front desk was not welcoming at all. Rooms seemed dirty. I could see the dirty mattress. Will not be returning.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was very clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Whirlpool tub was relaxing. Would have no problem staying here again on our next visit to Branson. 5 stars

Older property they are remodeling. For the price it was fine for a few nights. Decent free breakfast although hours could’ve been longer, only from 7 to 9. We were there three nights and no room service ever came. Called for toilet paper and never received. Called again next day and they brought it right away. We didn’t need room service except for tp so wasn’t a big deal.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay! The check in was so easy and everything was clean. Enjoyed staying in the second building as it was convenient to the 76 entrance or the back way. Only problem was one of our beds was in bad condition. It was sunken in the middle and hard to get comfortable on. But everything else.. including the breakfast was great. Will likely book here again!

Not good
We checked in and thought we would take a short nap. Wrong in a matter of minutes we realized that the room was infested with fleas.
