I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Hotel bom, mas muito antigo e defasado. Ainda utilizam carpete, que no andar 21 estava fedendo muito. O serviço de limpeza é muito ineficiente, assim como o serviço de manutenção, durante o banho o banheiro simplesmente alagava, porque o box vaza.

Não tive uma boa experiência com este hotel. Quarto muito escuro, ar condicionado nao funciona, televisao na parede antiga, chuveiro demorava muito a esquentar, cafe da manha com pouquíssimas opcoes. Sem falar que na porta do hotel havia morador de rua vendendo bala e abordando os hospedes. Chegavam a intimidar para comprar e o pessoal do hotel nada fazia. Totalmente sem seguranca, inclusive encurtei minha estadia porque nao me passou seguranca.

Quarto bom, cama boa, tudo limpo, porem muito barulho dos elevadores 24h, não tinha um minuto de silêncio, agua do chuveiro demorava 20 minutos pra comecar a esquentar, o guarda roupas estava com uma porta emperrada, cafe da manha básico, qualidade boa porem sem variedade, estacionamento foi cobrado a parte e nao estava descrito no anúncio

Hotel é antigo, o café da manhã e o atendimento impecável, recepção e elevadores novos, mas o quarto precisa de alguns ajustes, nossa cama era antiga e tinha um buraco em um dos lados foi muito desconfortável a dormida e os móveis de marcenaria estão muito velhos (desmontando). O hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente, pois está com suas instalações em reforma que visam proporcionar mais conforto aos seus hóspedes. De negativo só teve a cobrança de estacionamento, mesmo o carro ficando no porão do hotel, e o café da manhã que poderia ser mais diversificado.

O hotel está bem localizado e o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, mas deveriam deixar claro que cobram R$35,00/dia pelo estacionamento, bem como que podemos solicitar um quarto com vista para a avenida, sem custos adicionais, pois nos que não têm vista escuta-se muito forte o barulho do elevador e a janela dá para o fundo do mesmo.
