I made the mistake of booking a night here before an early flight, and it was an absolute disaster. The so-called “Comfort” room was anything but—shabby, outdated, and barely scraping 3-star quality, yet they have the audacity to call this place a 4-star hotel. What a joke.
To make matters worse, at least five rooms on my floor were sold to a rowdy school group (apparently a common practice here), turning the hallway into a chaotic playground. Screaming, running, slamming doors—you name it. Sleep was impossible. When I politely asked the receptionist to intervene, nothing changed. When I requested a room change, they flat-out refused, claiming there were no available rooms. The staff couldn’t have cared less, and neither did management.
If you value your rest, your money, or basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.
