We loved the big comfortable bed. The food was good quality, although more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Excellent Cleansiness and a Good Breakfast. Air Conditioner was an issue in the first room which was assigned but we were given another room the next day and the A/C was fine there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is easy to get to by Bus No 90 from Piazza Cavour but the last bus is at 2045 hrs, I believe. After 2045 Hrs you need to use the 19B if you can get one, else the 19A and walk a bit further. The Neighbourhood seems to be quite and safe.

I could not connect my computer to the wifi since this one is an open architecture. Personnel was not helpful to find a solution. For a Congress hotel i would expect a different service. Rooms were very much on the back and my Television was not working. The switch card of my kids room neither. In other words they gave us 2 rooms which were not very used. So my question is why this treatment when i book 10 nights (5x2) through Hotels.com. Is it because you get worse rooms if i book through the portal??

Lovely hotel
We spent a night while in the area for a wedding. Hotel looks quiet new, plenty of parking in front and friendly staff. Our suite was amazing, we loved our time there and having a big bathroom with both bath and shower really helped us getting ready quickly. Great breakfast with both salty and sweet options.
