This hotel is… O.K. It is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the lake, the centre, and the cable car to Monte Baldo, and the hotel itself is clean. The staff are friendly. However, the rooms are very basic and quite drab-looking. There is also no restaurant or a space to relax in the evenings outside of the hotel room. And there is no atmosphere around the place. Overall, I would say it’s ok if you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night and spend every day and evening outside of the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was a good size with plenty of sun loungers and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We only used the pool and hot tub after we got back from our trips out every day and were the only ones using these facilities, which was great. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. The only thing that wasn't to our taste was the room decor - a minor thing really as we spent very little time there.

The hotel offers a friendly, family-run experience. Staff are very helpful and they make you feel welcome. The breakfasts are lovely, with a good range to select from each day. The room had a comfy bed and a balcony. My only comment would be that the room looked dated and the bathroom looked unfinished. This is fine is you’re not planning on spending much time in the room. However, overall we had a lovely stay.
