Beautiful hotel and comfortable room... but staff sercice needs to improve. I arrived (heavily pregnant) and nobody offered to help me to the lift and they were not busy. Next morning (we needed to depart early) were handed back our car key but then had to search for our car... which isnt really valet parking. But overall a good stay and we would consider returning.

We wanted to stay longer just for the views
The view of the ocean facing room is so spectacular. The surrounding of the hotel also very beautiful. Room is spacious and clean, shower very good. The shuttle bus runs every half an hour from/to the Ocean Park station, it's ok if you don't need to travel to the other part of the city very often. Dinner and breakfast buffet not really worth paying full price, haven't tried the other dinning options.

Suitable for those who seek for seaview & solitude
It’s a family staycation for my hubby’s bday. The seaview was perfect which our kid enjoyed so much. Room was of good and comfortable size too. We had both the breakfast on the 1/F and our dinner at the Chinese restaurant Jade (our second time). The breakfast buffet is above average and with great food options, while our second dinner experience at Jade was not as good as our first time. With its menu and environment you would expect high quality Chinese food, yet our a-la-carts orders and set orders taste quite average and some such as the fried rice was without sufficient seasoning to lift up the taste. So slightly disappointing. You may also note that there is charge for using their gym and pool and outdoor facilities like 3 out of 4 of their outdoor swinging sofas are out of order. To conclude, if you wish for a room with seaview and some quiet time, this would be your place or there is definitely better options out there with better accessibility to shops and restaurants.
