Bedbugs Infested property
I had a terrible experience with Hamilton during my stay. The room is infested with bedbugs and i didn't know that. They gave me that room and did not tell me anything. Initially I booked the room for two nights from 16th to 18th and had to vecate the property in the middle of the night on the 16th itself due to bedbugs bights. I requested them for the refund as basically it is cheating after charge your money. But I did not get my refund. Management initially responded they cannot provide a refund, it is their policy. After many phone calls they responded last as they have to check the room even after I sent them all the video proof on that same night. Still today is 23rd and no update yet. Even the Hotels.com team won't be able to do anything regarding this matter. You lost your money, that is all..
I would never recommend Hamilton hotel to anyone in future. PLEASE DEAR FRIENDS, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN HAMILTON IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS SCAM.!!
