We arrived late in the night and at first sight the lobby looks rosy... However, the bin in the rome had remains of trash. Next day used towels had been retired, but no replacement had been brought in. Breakfast was chaotic at best: very little and mid-low quality supplies, difficult to find the coffee/tea, no cups, spoons ot sugar, most of the breakfast buffet empty, if asked, waiters might bring cups, spoons, etc. on a one-by-one basis after some insistence... this repeated until we discovered that if we had breakfast AFTER nine, then there would be enough supplies (although quality would still be wanting). Some of us found (erratically) various amenities in their room (some fruit...).
Muzak started playing loudly on the corridors early in the morning, waking everyone up.
We took a taxi to go to our meeting one of the days, the place was close, but the fare overly expensive, as -we were told by the driver- the hotel requires these huge fares when a taxi is taken from the hotel door.
Wi-Fi was erratic half of the time.
On the plus side, the top floor hosts a bar with a swimming pool and a nice view of the town (with terrible service).
In summary, it felt like a total rip-off for the price.
