Expected more. Pics of rooms are nice but it’s a different story upon arrival. Dirty bathroom with kinky hair all over the floor. Air conditioning didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, you can hear kids screaming and laughing from room 246. If you arrive too late there is no parking space available.

Good hotel to stay

Safi Hotel has 3 locations and I have stayed several times in the first one that has being my favorite. The one I stayed gave me a little headache because I booked king bed and was not available. Internet in the first night was a nightmare because I called 4 time the service and it took o we an hour to send someone that did not fix the problem. The bedroom had a horrible smell. The second day in the morning I spoke with a front desk supervisor Kris’s and she change my room and I had a perfect stay after that. She was very kind.

El hotel muy bonito y agradable , mala experiencia primera habitación que nos dieron no servía el baño, nos cambiaron y todo bien ,al día siguiente salimos y al regreso nos informan que no tienen que cambiar habitación de nuevo ,porque ya estaba reservada , bien no hay problema , .El problema que de una habitación reservada con vista al jardín ,nos mandaron a una habitación al fondo ,arrinconada sin vista y obscura junto al área de servicio, en un pasillo...nos volvieron a cambiar de habitación al presentar la queja , el asunto es que fue muy incómodo para la familia estar migrando de habitación en habitación , a cambio nos ofrecieron los desayunos del día siguiente , todo perfecto sin queja , pero la experiencia ahí queda
