Renovations made experience disappointing
Under renovations. If the breakfast photos are some of your motivation for staying here--don't. The breakfast was unrecognizable compared to the photos. No pressed juice, hardly anything.
The pool was nice, except for the pile of supplies behind the waterslide. And the fact that I had to request towels 3 times. Once when I first went to the pool, once when I was done swimming and once when my kids were done swimming. They would bring a couple of towels, but not enough foreach person to have 1.
The entire lobby was filled with jiprock dust. People had drawn smiley faces in the dust on tables and it was never wiped.
The flooring was partly tiled, partly subfloor and partly the previous flooring. The elevator wasn't available after 9 am due to the tiling project. We definitely got out steps in, using the laundry on a different floor, grabbing things from the car, going to the pool. Pool was open until midnight and checkout was noon.
Rooms were huge! Nice decor. Pet fee was $70
You can have up to 2 cats OR 2 dogs. Our cat loved it.
Wallway from the covered parking into the hotel was full of renovation supplies. This was not at all accessible for anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues.
I wouldn't stay here again any time soon.
