A little disappointed
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The property was full of snow. Barely any paths cleared, it made for a difficult time getting around. We had plans to use the hot tub over the weekend; however, The hot tub was out of service and that was not mentioned anywhere prior to us showing up, we found out first hand. Apparently it’s been out of service for quite a while. The beds are a little hard and the pillows as well. Otherwise the room was nice.

Easy check-in. The manager went out of his way to make us comfortable. Helped set up the campfire too. The staff was very humble and helpful.
