Nice hotel, but has the same issue as most Queenstown hotels, parking is a nightmare. Theres roughly 20-30 parks for the hotel, most of which are full by 6pm. If you arruve layer, or leave and come back, you'll have to pay for parking in a car park admitedly close, but still for the price of a room, not to include parking is frustrating, considering this isn't in Queenstown proper, parking should be free.

Nice hotel, not guaranteed parking.
The hotel is nice, the amenities are nice, the washer and dryer in the room is really nice! The only downfall is if you get there late there is no parking, 95% of the parking lot is reserved for permanent residence. So,if you're not lucky, you have to park up the street and pay $10. That should be disclosed!

This hotel was phenomenal. Literally the only thing I could say that is slightly negative would be that parking is limited, but I never had an issue. The check in staff was friendly, the room was clean, the shower had great water pressure, the AC worked effectively, it was quiet, the curtains were black out curtains, bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy. The location was really nice too because it wasn’t right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but it was right on the outskirts, next to the mountains. There’s literally a beautiful hiking trail right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great! Location is a bit from central Queenstown but an easy 20-25 minute drive away. Its also close to the airport and other shopping in the area and near the river for convenient walks along the riverside.

Hi arrived on warm.day and our room was so hot when we walked in it was horrible. Put air conditioner on and hardly did a thing and was very noisy. Left it going all night to try make room cooler and eventually we fell asleep however still too hot unfortunately
