This hotel has everything you need for a budget stay in Falun, lovely staff, clean rooms, good parking, great breakfast, a very good gym facility, ironing room, and much more, all at a very reasonable price for the area.

Central location with walking distance to malls and restaurants. Friendly staff and complimentary fika. Breakfast was great with many options! Parking costs 110 for a day, which is worth it considering the location.

Disappointing breakfast
Was severely disappointed by the breakfast this time around. During previous stays there has been a waffle machine for example. This was no longer available, and I could not even find bacon to have with the scrambled eggs. Rooms are quite pleasant however.

Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise that the very heavy doors to the roommate as people were coming back in at night the walls would shake and the noise would be like someone slamming doors. This went on for about an hour repeatedly. Otherwise the staff was wonderful the accommodations were great the breakfast was one of the best ever and they had other options for playing pool and shuffleboard they had a bar and a dining room as well as a small area at reception if you wanted drinks and snacks as well. It had a great location within walking distance of several restaurants and stores

OK hotell, nära centrum
Hotellet var övervägande bra men det saknades lampor i badrummet = dålig belysning, vilket tyvärr inte kunde fixas då de var av den äldre modellen (ej LED). Sedan var det väldigt snabbt tomt på allting på frukosten. Den andra morgonen tog de över en halvtimma att fylla på äggröran och under tiden tog allt annat slut också. Detta trots vi var tidigt där den andra morgonen. Rummen var också väldigt lyhörda, vaknade flera gången pga att människor pratade med varandra i korridoren, vilket de såklart ska kunna göra utan att det hörs in i rummen.

Service dålig, fräscht badrum
Vid incheckning hittades inte nycklar, garageporten var trasig och en enda stressad personal meddelade att jag får åka runt i den främmande staden och hitta parkering, ingen info om vad felet var eller när garaget förväntades fungera igen (visade sig vara fixat 30 min senare, men vid det laget hade vi hittat ett parkeringshus att ha bilen i). Vid frukost verkade en ensam gäst ha tagit alla pankakor och det var oklart om det skulle komma nya. Personalen bara ryckte på axlarna och meddelade att en gäst hsde tagit alla pankakorna. Vad? Enda anledningen till att vistelsen ändå får 3 stjärnor är att receptionisten bad så mycket om ursäkt och tillhandahöll en laddare då vi tagit med oss fel adapter. Sedan var badrummet väldigt fräscht och rummet helt ok. För mig är dock parkering och pankakor a och o när jag är på svenskt hotel :)
