The staff was trying to be very helpful. But I requested 2 queen beds they had that, but it was upstairs. I asked if they had anything ground level, they tried there hardest to fine it was a no go. I said I would take the king with hide abed if it was ground level again, they tried there hardest with no lucky. So, I excepted the second level room, but it turned out to be the king with hide abed. I slept on the hide abed. I would have been better off on the floor. Two days later and I still have back pain & feel bruised today. There was no coffee machine, no hide a bed sheets, no trash can, I had to call for all of those items. It was miserable. If I was going to be 2 level, I needed my 2 queen beds. I was trying for ground level because I was traveling with my parents (87 years old ) with heart disease and leg issues. my dad had to take nitro to make it up 2 level, thankfully it worked for him. I did not know how to cancel my room to find a better solution which your staff had found for me at another of your hotels. I could not pay twice for one night. I would appreciate how to contact you to cancel if need be, all your staff could say was call you there are no numbers to call. You hide a bed is old and needs replaced it was like sleeping on gravel, no one space with out bumps.
