The computers were out and we had to wait over an hour to just checkin. We had to fill out paper forms for credit card authorization, get our ID and CC copied, then we didn't get a room key...we had to wait on a Radisson employee to let us in our rooms, albeit was but a couple minutes and they were hustling!
I have stayed at this specific Radisson over a dozen times for all ball games on Cincy. However...the price tripled for the May 3 weekend. I believe there was a marathon, dental convention and the ballgame, but still paid $289...when never paying over $109 a night.
Front desk people were amazing!
One other thing...the weed smell in Cincy has exponentially increased, almost as bad as Chicago.
