Considering its an old hotel, rooms were updated and clean amd check in was quick and painless...We love the Mainstrasse village and was convenient that we could walk across the street to it

Hotel is not worth it

The employees were great. The hotel itself is old and in poor condition. They had system issues so they couldn't give us a card to enter our room. The bathroom was clean but old and rusty, bathroom extractor did not work properly . The beds are ok but the pillows are terrible. Overall the building is not well kept.

Staff was good. Property in general is old and needs a lot of updates. Hallways are very dark. Room in general seemed clean, but the hair dryer exterior surface was super dirty and sticky. Easy walk to the MainStrasse area. We did not eat at the restaurants. I’d probably stay at a more updated property if in Covington sgain.

Birthday trip

I had requested a special room during booking for my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived for check-in I mentioned it to Cory about my online request to see if it was an option he checked and was nice enough to put us in an accommodating room. We were on 17th floor over looking Cincinnati. The room was nice the view amazing. My daughter played in the pool for hours with other kids. An attendant came several times to make sure clean towels were stocked for pool area. Everyone was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Service!

The computers were out and we had to wait over an hour to just checkin. We had to fill out paper forms for credit card authorization, get our ID and CC copied, then we didn't get a room key...we had to wait on a Radisson employee to let us in our rooms, albeit was but a couple minutes and they were hustling! I have stayed at this specific Radisson over a dozen times for all ball games on Cincy. However...the price tripled for the May 3 weekend. I believe there was a marathon, dental convention and the ballgame, but still paid $289...when never paying over $109 a night. Front desk people were amazing! One other thing...the weed smell in Cincy has exponentially increased, almost as bad as Chicago.
