Most of the staff members weren't pleasant, mainly the breakfast serving staff. The two most pleasant members there were Samuela and Ms. Sharon. Additionally, there were always shortage of plates, tea cups or juice cups when entering for breakfast. Otherwise entertainment was okay, and most front desk and cleaning/maintenance crew was nice.

Restful and enjoyable vacation
First visit to St Lucia and Bay Gardens made the trip well worth it! The buffet breakfast was out of this world with something different everyday during my 5 day stay. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the other properties so one can enjoy the amenities offered. The water park was enjoyable even for adults. Will be back again

The place is quiet pleasant. The location easy, you can afford to walk or get transport any where close by. The staff quite welcoming and efficient. The cats should be removed my opinion, I know so others welcomed them. Saw them being cuddled and fed. It is organized with quiet areas or if you want to be in the limelight a very good thing.
