We enjoyed the resort! It was a quaint place to stay! I would stay again. I liked the price. The place does look like it was frozen in time in the 70s. I liked this my husband did not.

The grounds are beautiful, location is perfect and the views amazing. Room was clean and in good condition. Interior common areas were also lovely. Exterior is in need of some updating but I am sure owners will address it when possible. We will definitely stay there on our trips to the area and recommend it to others.

The grounds were beautiful. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and nice. The “free” breakfast wasn’t so free when you add the extra $20 resort fees that we were not aware we would have to pay. The room while they seemed to be clean were very old, outdated and smelled musty.

A basic family hotel on a beautiful piece of property in the Conway area. Not fancy, but will meet the needs of most people who just need a place to rest after enjoying the great outdoors. The included will meet peoples needs. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a small mini golf for the kids. Not a place for those seeking a fancy resort experience.

Spectacular Location, but....
It is a very tired old resort - it is dated and needs a major face-lift. It does remind us a bit like the resort in the movie Dirty Dancing. Very clean, friendly staff, in the center of North Conway, wonderful view of the scenery, especially from the dining room. Great family facilities: indoor pool, outdoor pool, mini putt, games room, etc.. I would like to give it a higher rating, as I could picture what it must have been in its prime.
