This was NOT GOOD !!!
The room was very dirty. It looked like the sheets had not been changed since the last traveler stayed there. Also, there was crumbs and dust bunnies all over the floor. It looked like the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. But the icing on the cake was when we returned to our room after a day out having fun, we open the door and right there in front of us was a giant black garbage bag, full of the trash from our room as well as the trash from probably every other room on the first floor. They left that in our room! When I approached the front desk about this, they were very apologetic and removed the trash bag, but indicated that there was nothing they could do about it as far as issuing me a credit or a refund or anything else for that matter. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me at the time and was not able to get a picture of the trash bag full of garbage. But I have added pictures of the floor and the mess that was all around.Needless to say I will not be staying there again. Also, the pool area and hot tub was not very clean and was completely overrun by children literally jumping all over the place. I’m not anti-Kid but it basically made it so that we could not use it.

There was a lot of mildew in the bathroom and it didnt seem like the tub was cleaned. There was a large earwig in there. Service was friendly and check in was easy.

The king bed was way too big for the room. And the bed should be replaced. You sink so much in it. Overall it was decent. We stayed there visiting our grandkids and booked because of the indoor pool and slide however I wasn’t aware the slide was only open if a lifeguard was on duty (which happened to be 5pm - 10pm) and I had called ahead of booking to confirm the pool but there was no mention of slide hours. When the lifeguard was on duty though he was amazing. Such a nice man. Overall friendly staff. Wasn’t to happy about $30 PER DAY for pet fee. 30 dollars ok , but per day???

Had a wonderful stay. The only part that was a downside. The first morning there I had a waffle. But could only eat half. The batter was to thick. The second morning I had an English muffin and yogurt. The only fruit was apples. Unfortunately I have no teeth so my options are very limited

I’ve stayed here the other night, and I have to say it’s not a bad place to stay. I actually love it and it has its own charm. I was a bit biased about this place but sometimes you have to try it before you bash it. I have to say overall this place is a 4.5 out of 5 stars. What I loved most about this place is the sweet staff and the cute little room I stayed in. There were a few cons but stuff happens, telephone wasn’t working, the connection to the phone kept becoming loose. There were a couple others but it was no big deal to me. Overall, the room was clean, and that’s what really matters. I decided to stay at the super 8 hotel due to its great bargain and I had two job interviews in the Medford location. Hopefully, I can stay again if everything goes well planned for my career jobs.
