We liked the idea of the balcony of it. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean spotless. The idea of also of having shampoo and conditioner and body wash was a good idea cause I forgot mine. What we didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. We all took showers not at the same time but we needed them after a long drive from Hagerstown Md due to traffic.

The employee didn’t know how to move me to a bottom floor room & gave up trying without seeking assistance. The hot water in shower wasn’t functioning. Will not stay there again.
