I requested first floor near lobby, as usual I got second floor furthest room to walk too Asked for different room that I had requested and they said because I booked through a third party ( meaning you ) my request was not valid. This is why I may just call hotel directly and not use a third party

The breakfast was NOT good. The staff did not even supervise the hot tub area. There were a group of children unsupervised by adults who were jumping off of the statue between the hot tub and the swimming pool. There were clearly rules marked that that should not be done but they were not the supervised. When I told the front desk staff they did not seem very interested. The hot tub the next day was cold because they had just filled it. However, I believe that could have been filled earlier so that it would be usable. First thing in the morning was the only time that we could use the hot tub that it was not taken over by multiple children. The price of the room was on acceptable for the experience that we had. We've stayed in many other places with comparable cost and had a much more positive experience.

This was the best of three different hotels that I stayed at during my trip. Loved the two bedroom suite, so that another extended family member could stay as well. Great indoor pool and spa. Will look to stay here the next time we're in town!

Very convenient, right off the I 90. It does include breakfast with the normal eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits some yogurt, waffle machine to make your own waffles. Coffee tea juice. The only thing it did not have was fresh fruit so if you are into that remember to bring your own. It’s not a complaint. I’m just forewarning. We stayed mid week and it was very quiet. All the people work in the front desk were absolutely wonderful. Lots of TV channels if you have kids with you, they won’t get bored while sitting in the room.

BEST PLACE WITH KIDS!
Went on a quick trip and LOVED it! The connecting waterpark is amazing perfect for my kids 4 and 6! We had a blast! The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious! They are dog friendly and made our stay so convenient when we asked for a 1st floor room near an exit to take the pups out! Everyone at the front was so nice and friendly. They even accomedated an early check in since my bf was interviewed at LECOM for pharmacy school! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!
