Heat broken
We stayed in room 200 from 12/20-12/23. On night one our heat stopped working. An engineer came and fixed it, however it stopped working over night. The next day we were told it was a boiler issue and would be fixed. That night they brought us a portable heater which kept the bed area warm but the bathroom and water etc was freezing as it was2 to degrees outside. The next day they said Alliance was on property and it'd be fixed. When we returned in the evening it did work, however by midnight it was out again. We were offered to move rooms but was told it'd prob have the same issue. Upon check out we asked for compensation and were offered the resort fee. This does not feel adequate as it was a winter weather warning outside and your property did not provide the heat needed. I have tried to email and gotten no response..
