Bad customer service
As a Discoverist member of Hyatt I continue staying at Hyatt hotels everywhere in a world for business . However, Hyatt regency hotel of Alger Algeria Airport has a very poor customer service unfortunately that is not the standard of Hyatt hotel. This time I had a very terrible experience. My bad experience was at the restaurant by the stuff member of Hyatt during a breakfast time. Resturant stuff and bar are very bad regarding their customers service. The last day of my stay I went for breakfast. Sometimes we forget if the breakfast is included or not in our booking that can happen. Before getting in a person stuff ask about the room number to check if breakfast is already pay and included or not. Once he check my room I heard him saying included. Before finishing my breakfast a service name Dalila brought a bill put it on the table with a very bad attitude without saying good morning or anything she has a very bad attitude all the time I am at the breakfast not a first time. When I tried to ask her why she is giving me a bill as my understanding the breakfast is included she ignored me. Went to see the person at the breakfast door name abdelra to clarify this he said I told is not included I tried to explain to him that I just heard included but he started yelling at me and asking me to pay in front of everybody I had nothing with me so I asked him to put it on the room. He refused. When I said your customer service is bad he said you are in a bad position to tell me that.
