We stayed at this hotel for a concert at The Midland, and the location was ideal—it was just a short walk to and from the venue, and there were plenty of places nearby to grab a bite to eat. However, the parking situation was a bit confusing when we first arrived. It wasn’t clear where to park for check-in, so we ended up finding a spot and walking to the hotel. The entrance was also a bit unclear. We initially tried to enter through the main sidewalk door, but it wouldn’t open, so I had to go through the Starbucks and then into the lobby.
The front desk staff member wasn’t unfriendly, but she wasn’t particularly welcoming either. On a positive note, the room was very nice and clean. The only issue I encountered was with the shower. The sliding glass door wouldn’t stay closed once the track got wet, and because the door was heavy, it kept sliding open, making it difficult to take a shower.
