Hope you like bread, that’s because that’s all you get for breakfast, white, wheat, plain bagels or everything bagel. No protein choice. Breakfast was seriously lacking. You might as well pack your own breakfast.

Like other guests mentioned the breakfast is embarrassing. I unfortunately had extremely noisy people next to our room (thats not the hotels fault). They were yelling and crying until usually 4am. On my second call to the front desk it seemed to stop.

Great stay

This was a great hotel for the price. The main space in the lobby was great. There was booths, chairs, couches, tvs and small tables. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. Would have been better if there was a hot tub, but not a deal breaker. Would be nice to have bathrooms closer to the pool area. Breakfast was ok. It was mostly carbs... bread, bagles, cereal. No protein options, no Peanut Butter, eggs, meat. And a few fruit options. Said they served Starbucks coffee, but there was noone available to brew more after the first batch was made. No other drink options like juice or water.

My boys and i were excited about 2 things. The pool and the breakfast…unfortunately both sucked. The pool was cold small and had ants all around the side. The breakfast was not 3 star quality. It had bread, bagels, milk, coffee and yogurt. Oh and 2 crappy cereals. That’s it.

Good Location

Located at a very busy traffic hub, yet fairly quiet, and with easy access to major roadways to take you wherever you need to go. The Minnesota Zoo, Mall of America, MSP Airport, Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, and much more are just a short drive away. I had a ground floor room with sliding glass doors that made keeping the room a constant temperature very difficult. I had to turn the heat to 78º F for it to feel comfortable. I'm sure it would be much easier in the warmer months.

Thought I had a room with a kind bed and pull out sofa but got there to just a bed and a chair. The pool was cold and there was no hot tub. The pictures on the website showed a hot tub and the area with a ping pong table. When asking the front desk for paddles and balls, they stated they are working on it. I could have gone to Target a mile away and purchased these items that easily. There was no microwave or blow dryer. Those items seem to be a necessity to any hotel.
