Awful Family Experience - Left for another hotel

We had a terrible experience with our family. Had a number of issues - Rude desk staff that provided inconsistent information regarding early check-in and crib to the room - Rooms smelled musty and were very old and dirty (east tower) - Had to change rooms due to being right by ice machine and elevator - Pool was WAY too cold to use. My kids (6 and 3) were shivering and could only last 10 mins. When we asked the desk staff about it they were rude and inconsiderate. I would expect more from a Hilton and will be finding alternate lodging when coming to St. Louis with my family.
