"Location, location, location! I traveled with two minors who were visiting New York for the first time, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s within walking distance of major attractions like Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, and the New York Public Library. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"The staff was very welcoming. The room clean and quiet even though we overlooked Broadway. The location is excellent. We spent a lot of time in Central Park which was full of spring flowers and migrating birds. Great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the museums.
The facade is being worked on and is surrounded in scaffolding. "

"Another great trip. Last day before returning to reality. This is our second stay at this property and we liked it even more. The location is close to the train station, subways going up and down (and all around), great places to eat, lots of shopping, and close to the public libraries that have great exhibits. "

"Everyone was friendly and efficient. The check in process was seamless. They held my baggage, as I arrived hours earlier than check in time. The room was beautiful and well taken care of. The bed was comfortable. The shower had a hand-held option and an overhead showerhead. Lots of hot water. Location was perfect: close to Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art! "

"Clean, comfortable room and bed, friendly helpful staff. First time staying on the upper West side. Nice safe neighborhood, good restaurants in walking distance. Easy bus/subway access, including crosstown (through the park) bus right to Museum of Art. Will definitely stay there again when in NYC."

"The rooms, or at least our room, were enormous. The location was excellent: right by the central station, within steps from the train, convenient, and clean. I went with my boyfriend, and we liked it very much. There are several options for breakfast, and if you are up for it, you can walk to Times Square or, like we did, we walked to Central Park. It was a nice long walk. LOL"
