1- Air conditioner is not working well
2- They gave us a room which is not ours
3- no Kettle
4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting
5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all
6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels"

Good breakfast with a nice selection of hot and cold food.
Located just a few minutes walk from the world largest flag and make sure to check out a small park across from the hotel. Sit and enjoy tea and watch life go by."

"Nice little hotel in the heart of Baku by the Old Town. Communication was great via WhatsApp, they helped us plan airport transfer and tours at good prices. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh but began late at 9 am. There is a cold pool and a sauna in the basement. Staff were friendly and polite, always willing to help out.
I was asked to pay in cash and not pay with credit card, this seems to be a theme in Baku. Just a heads up for when you go. "
