"The place is family operated and was an absolute joy to stay at. The staff, especially Paul, is super friendly and helps you resolve anything you need in a manner of minutes. It’s in a perfect location, between Beirut and Jbeil/Jounieh, and felt incredibly safe. I recommend this place for anyone visiting from outside of Lebanon; it’s very easy to get taxis and Ubers from the location and is accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and malls."

"Mustafa the bell boy was very nice and he proceeded with the check in procedures and made everything soo fast because the receptionist was so busy, smooth check in friendly people and the room service is good and fast although there wasn’t food at night, a snack or a salad could be nice or a cold sandwich but the beers are 24 hours which is good. The suite is very clean all the time "

"Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back. "

"First of all the staff. Both the night and day front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful with a sincere smile at all times. At the breakfast the servers were courteous and ready to help. Speaking of breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. Clean and many of traditional and delicious lebanese food on the buffet. The coffee station has a variety of flavors and style, that would satisfy any taste. Our room was freshly remodeled, with modern style. Although a little small, it served well...
