Excepcional
Good location and friendly service
The hotel was well located to the town, the train station and the main road in and out of town. There was parking available. The hotel could use some updating, but it was clean and met our needs. There is no A/C and no screens on the windows. The front desk hours are limited, but they did a good job of contacting us to let us know how to access the building and our room with a code. Breakfast was good, though not the usual self serve due to Covid restrictions. Coffee, tea and juice were options, but they didn’t have water available.

Kind staff, big and clean room. In spite of lack of elevator and bad WiFi connection we enjoyed other benefits of the hotel.

Very nice stay
We had a very good stay. Pointing out the super-helpful receptionist Daniel who could answer all my questions so well about the medical facilities in the area, the trains schedule, the red card of the black forest and the attractions all around. I'd like to thank him very much. The staff in this hotel are remarkable- The breakfast team was so welcoming. Also the breakfast itself was versatile and the breakfast space enjoyable and family-oriented. The room was comfortable and spacious although a bit dated and smelled a little bit dampy… Nevertheless, it was spacious and we enjoyed our time there. The view to the forest is nice and you can see the kletter trail behind the hotel. No elevator means we had to carry the suitcases 2 floors up the stairs so maybe try to book a room on the 1st floor if this is an issue for you. Parking spaces around the hotel were great. Reception closes at 18:00 but phone no. is there to use if you arrive later. The hotel is not located in the Titisee center - There is a short walk but for us it was a non issue.

great location, nice room, friendly staff - no air con, no elevators - so, if you are happy carrying your suitcases 2 floors up and living without aircon on hot summer days, this is a perfect fit

Jetzt in dieser schwierigen Zeit haben wir einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt gehabt und alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels gaben ihr bestes. Gut gelöst mit dem Frühstück. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal in diesem Hotel.
