Poor Service
We found it impossible to get a hold of the hotel. We even had the Hotels.com Gold team try and they were unable to contact them as well. We were delayed by a day and want to confirm we still had the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. With no word from them we were unsure if we would need to scramble at the last minute. Thankfully we had a room but we had a few problems. The hallway was all smokey and the smell leached into the rooms. Overall the room was clean and comfortable but there was no soap in the bathroom (they said it would come the following week which didn't do us much good). The safe in one of our of our 2 rooms didn't work and the other wasn't bilte to danything. The doors were also hard to close all the way and the electronic door lock would beep loudly like an alarm clock. This is annoying when you hear it on your neighbors room and they leave quickly and it keeps beeping. Happened multiple times and woke us up at 5am. They also required a deposit of $20 dollars per room per night which they charged to our credit card. We had 2 double rooms for a family of 4 and in the morning they couldn't credit the credit card and only had a $50USD bill to refund me the deposit. We didn't have US change so they ended up charging us $10 on our credit card. It was difficult to communicate with the front desk due to limited English.
