Hotel Ideal

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stay at. The bathroom was the worst part, a shower with no curtain so water sprayed everywhere. The toilet was so close to the sink and shower that the sink would dig into my back and I would hit my elbow on the shower every time I reached for the toilet paper. Extremely thin walls, I hear all the conversations around me in other rooms, pretty bad when they watched TV. The doors around are so heavy and the locks so loud, when the person next door opens their door, it sounds like yours is opening. Very uncomfortable. The absolute worst moment was when the cleaning lady opening my door without knocking at 9 in the morning. She just walked right in, I was still in there because it was 9am. I could have been on the toilet or changing or something, and she just walked right in with no knocking. There was no "do not disturb" sign. The main staff member that I dealt with was so unhelpful and apathetic and almost rude, he just looked like he hated his job and took it out on the guests. With a resting "I don't give a shit" face. Every time I asked him a question he looked at me angrily, so I just stopped asking him for help. Towels were like sand paper No blackout curtains Bugs in the room Wifi incredibly slow No hot water boiler or cups or minibar or safe The TV channels and balcony were ok. I can believe I splurged on this place and paid extra for the queen bed. It's on the wrong side of town. Avoid this place! A Hostel would be better.

Very uncomfortable bed

New hotel.Nice garden.Kind staff.Basic breakfast.Far from city center but quet area.

Breakfast included. .excellent. Helpful staff. Central location. Beautiful surroundings.

I and my fiancé wanted to stay one night in the Capital because we wanted to discover the Pordorico. But when we came to the hotel. There was no reception. He made us wait, then the hotel was full of dirt... Later he didn’t show us the room. We got into the wrong room. He came and shouted at us. NO HOSPITALITY// NO MANNERS. Later we wanted to check out, they added extra 3 Euro extra. I said it’s okay . he scammed us at this point too. LATER HE ASKED THE MONEY OF THE TEA(where there is no sign of that or price list) HE TRIED TO SCAM US ONE MORE TIME THIRD OF ALL. A tea box became little bit tea and I am sure it can be cleaned by the chemicals or a way to do.. HE CHARGED US 20 EURO MORE. I even don’t talk about how aggressive he is( I hardly kept myself even I am pro boxer not to beat him) THAT GUY WHO IS AT THE RECEPION. Tv didn’t work etc etc. they are soo small details tho. But I have been over 50 countries. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SUCH A SCAMMER AND WORST HOTEL IN MY TRAVELLING HISTORY.

Jeg havde to overnatninger her. I dagtimerne er der en del støj fra et autoværksted ved siden af og værelset er generelt ret lydt. Stort pænt værelse med køleskab og meget lille toilet og badeværelse. Fjernsynet fik jeg aldrig gang i og aircondition larmede en del. Morgenmaden er alaarde og udemærket. Jeg savnede dog muligheden for at få juice, som man skulle betale særskilt for. Jeg kunne derimod vælge kaffe, The eller mælk. Parkering foregår på indkøbscentrers parkering på den anden side af gaden. Skabet af træ på badeværelset var lettere medtaget af fugt.

Ett fantastiskt litet hotell där både ägare och personal gör allt för att man ska trivas. Fin liten trädgård framför hotellet där man kan äta väldigt god mat eller bara koppla av med något att dricka. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

It was ok, price was very good the WiFi not so much. I lived on the third floor so it may be better on other floors. Close to supermarket and other stores
