Hotel Saint Louis, Autograph Collection

We arrived later than we had expected and when we when to check-in they had no record of our reservation. Apparently, they were having issues with receiving information from third party vendors. They resolved the manner quickly and gave us a free upgrade. Our room was very large and VERY clean. The bathroom was like a spa. The large soaking tub was fabulous. There was some noise from the nearby street but overall it was a very peaceful, relaxing mini getaway.

It was me and my husband’s anniversary and the reason I chose this room is because it had a huge tub in the pictures. However when we got there the room looked nothing like the pictures. I was highly disappointed

Front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, rooms are beautiful, room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was lovely. I had no trouble getting in/out. Parking garage across the street. Main floor restaurant has good food and decent priced. The spa was amazing, Zumi was wonderful! The room was great, nice bathroom. As per normal hotel rooms, bed was a but hard and pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that, my stay was awesome. Would definitely stay there again!

Introduced to this gem for a wedding. Gorgeous suite. Amazing room service food. Great amenities in the room including a cute vinyl spinner. Bathroom exceeds some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Rooftop is also very nice. Only gripe was the lack of valet parking and having to pay to self park across the street without direct access or validation.

With changes due to COVID-19 there were some things we didn’t realize that would not be available. That fault is mine for now being more thorough in my research. There is no valet parking and very little service offered upon checking in. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about the app. Upon visiting the front desk for help with the app there was no help to give because the person I spoke with had never used the app and has very little knowledge on how to use it and no knowledge of what services were offered through it. Disappointing. In my job I expect my entire team of 60+ people to know enough about my companies app so they can help and educate our guests on how to use it. I was kind of shocked by the reply. Upon checking in I wish we were told daily service to rooms only happened upon request, and I wish we were told how we could order room service. There was zero information in our room and very little on the website When asking we found out there was supposed to be a sign and QR code in our room with instructions. That was not in our room. We had to go visit the lobby to scan this QR code, no one offered to put it in our room. Our bathtub was broken and we could not plug it to take a bath. No bottled water in the room. 4 of the 6 k-cups were decaf. The place was clean, visually appealing, and staff was not rude. Just was no what you expect from a luxury hotel, I would not consider it a luxury hotel at all. Unlikely I will stay here again for our next visit.

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel, friendly staff very helpful with all hotel accommodations. Entire staff followed all COVID-19 protocols. The sky bar and roof top pool were nice and relaxing. The room was very nice bed comfortable but, for those who don’t like not thick pillows I suggest to bring your own. For those travelers driving there is a parking garage across the street for convenience. Experience overall was 4 out of 5 stars.
