Hillview at Mystic Ridge

Good customer service from staff , breakfast was well prepared, room was clean, just need more stuff in the room enjoy my stay will be coming back again 😆

Upon arrival, check in was smooth and the security was very helpful. Once we entered the room it was ok, until we realize how dusty the place was. It looked like it haven’t been dusted for months. The AC in the living room was not working , so we called the front desk. They came up trying to fix it with no success. I let a day pass thinking that they would get back to us, but they didn’t. I decided to call and then I was told “the had call a repairman prior to us checking in, but he haven’t showed up as yet. They were hive going to call the man and he should be there the next day. We spend 6 days there and upon checking out, the AC was still not fixed. I was shocked to learn that everyday I have to get out of my car to open and close the security barriers by myself. Even though the security was present. I was told by the security that the apartment was on a delinquent list therefore they cannot open the barriers for us. This was not my first time staying at a HILLVIEW apartment but it might just be my last!!

The personnel very friendly. Food lack there of chooses not good. Had access to pool for a couple of days. Whirlpool broken. Pool turned into swamp. No access. No entertainment.

We Liked the beautiful location. Great staff. Close to all attractions and downtown. Didn’t like that the swamp pool wasn’t working. Breakfast was limited, greasy and not good. WiFi and telephone in room not working. Says renovated but looks like hack job. Really need to be updated and maintained on a regular basis. Good atmosphere.

The breakfast was delicious, rooms clean. I didn’t like the floor I was placed on, too many flight of stairs. The view of the Bay was really nice.

The environment was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

After paying upwards of $400 a night to stay at all inclusive resorts on the island, and not really taking advantage of the amenities, we opted to scale back and try this property. With that said, we were pleased with the value for the money. The property was clean and quiet and my husband loved that the AC was super cold. Is this the place for picky people who want to feel like kings and queens on vacation, nope! Don’t go there and then give them a bad review. Spend a few more dollars on an all-inclusive resort. But, if you are budget conscious and looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to relax, then this works really well.

It was quiet amd peaceful. I didnt like that I only got a bowl of Porridge for breakfast.
