This hotel is charming and well located just off a square in old town. Shops, an ATM , and a nice restaurant are just outside. Be aware that the covered breakfast, although very good, is about a half mile walk away. And, there is a flight of stone steps (a handrail goes only part way) up to get to the elevator for upper floors. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. There are very good views from the roof top terrace. No food or drink is served at this hotel.

We stayed at this property for one night my wife and I and we enjoyed every moment of it. The room was very large, immaculately clean, and hot water. The staff were friendly at all times and it was great our room was ready early. The location is perfectly located right in the heart of all the action to experience restaurants, bars and shops, it is also very quiet. Definitely would recommend :)

The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Split in the future!

This hotel is in an incredible location within the Diocletian Palace walls. It is also steps from the port. There are tons of shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk. The hotel is beautifully built with old stone walls blended with newer construction on the upper rooms. The A/C is cold and the rooms are clean. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace for sitting and talking in views of the surrounding palace area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location in the middle of the old town next to Diocletian’s palace and 5 min walk to the seafront. Surrounded by all the attractions and restaurants. The hotel has a quirky restored feel and is very comfortable, rooms are spacious and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend.
