Pousada muito linda e aprazível!
A pousada se situa em local privilegiado, com muito verde e área externa muito bem cuidada. Há quadras, sauna e piscina natural, porém não utilizamos e portanto não posso opinar. Há uma trilha de 930m que e íngrime e acredito que deveria ter algum funcionário acompanhando para o caso de uma necessidade. No geral, o espaço é muito lindo e bastante aprazível. Porém não vi opções para acessibilidade, muitos degraus sem rampas. O cardápio é saboroso e variado e recomendo à noite o fondue de carne. Senti falta no café da manhã de um café e leite de bule pois o de máquina não é gostoso. A equipe é muito acolhedora e simpática. Especial agradecimento ao garçom Mauro que nos atendeu muito bem. Quanto ao chalé, muito confortável, com hidromassagem individual e lareira, ar condicionado frio e quente e amenidades por refil. O que pecou foi a limpeza do chalé que não estava boa. Logo que chegamos vimos fios de cabelo e chão não muito limpo. Mas pedimos no dia seguinte e a camareira caprichou. A torneira da pia não fecha totalmente e desperdiça água. O colchão tinha um buraco no meio o que nos provocou dores lombares. Nos recepcionaram com duas garrafas de água no chalé mas não repunham. O chalé é confortável e oferece privacidade, porém ao reservar não nos atentamos para a hidromassagem que era individual e depois vimos que há chalés com hidro dupla. Porém, no geral, gostamos bastante e esperamos voltar um dia e que essas pequenas intercorrências estejam resolvidas.

A pousada está num local exuberante … o café da manhã muito bom, já fomos mais de uma vez e qdo tem menos hóspedes a variedade no café da manhã fica reduzida mas , tudo muito gostoso e bem servido . Todos os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos sempre c muito boa vontade em orientar, atender ou servir ! Falta nos chalés uma modernização nos banheiros q no meu caso , tinha um vazamento e sempre ao tomar banho a água escorria p fora do box , n sei se n seria por conta vaso sanitário mas isso é possível melhorar, reparar etc . O q faz muita falta Éeeeee um espaço para hymn , com equipamentos p farmer exercícios visto q no local n há como caminhar etc e seria muito agregador poder fazer uma bicicleta, uma esteira , e outros . Mas continuo afirmando ser um local privilegiado p descansar e curtir 👏👏
