Magnolia Inn

We enjoyed a private room and bath which was fantastic. The front desk people were awesome and allowed us to store our bags for a bit. The location is perfect- offered suggestions and a great map of the area. The common spaces were so cute. Would totally use this place as a hostel too!

Best thing about this property was the location. Step out your door and you are right in the middle of Caso Viejo. Super safe, walkable and historically beautiful. Across to historic sights, coffee shops, bars/restaurants etc but still feels authenticity Panamanian and 15min Uber to the downtown area. Staff were friendly and helpful. I saw travelers from all over utilizing this hotel and they all seemed happy. Many appeared to be adding nights to their stay. They gave helpful recommendations. Room was simple, clean and felt safe. No issues w noise due to location off a quiet ally. Room had a safe, which I appreciated being on the ground floor. Bathroom was modern and looked recently remodeled. Did not use the shared facilities, (kitchen) so can’t comment on it. Overall a short, but pleasant stay.

Wonderful hotel - great location very helpful staff

Great location, wonderful lounge/common area. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it, but we were just there overnight. I have seen rave reviews about this place. Artwork is great; decor wonderful. We had a private room. The beds were ok, not very comfortable, somewhat noisy. As for cleanliness, all was great except there were long dark hairs stuck on the shower walls and the toilet in the bathroom. Seems kind of obvious...

Great location and terrific service. Nice and clean

We stayed in the Penthouse. It is not the Inn's fault, but the noise from the Tantalo Bar next door made sleep very difficult. In addition, the room door has a keyed deadbolt, which would be unwieldy in the event you had to leave the room quickly, and no security chain. The staff was reasonably helpful. The mattress was excellent, and the shower was really good. I would have rated the inn Very Good except for the noise. If you don't mind that, it's a great place.

i liked it had a kitchen. you f you want rest forget it. it is noisy. people sang and music played right under my window way into the night

Great location for local exploring and super safe.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The airport pick up and drop off they organized for us was on time. The room was super cute and very clean. Great part of town, so close to walk around everything in Casco Viejo neighborhood.
