Nice view. Although this is advertised as a "Couples Condo", the location itself is definitely a kid friendly and party friendly environment. The back patios are all connected with nothing between and we spent a lot of time listening to the kids running in the condo on top of our heads and looking at wet socks, underwear and swimming trunks on the ground behind our back patio. The condo is very clean and well kept. We could have used at least one blanket to be able to sit comfortably on the couch and watch a movie. Also, could have used side tables by the couch to put a drink, cell phone, snack, etc. while trying to relax and enjoy the movie. It seemed as if it was purposely set up to not want you to relax in that area. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft and plush. The shower was nice, but the only issue was that you have to fully step inside the shower to turn it on, which means you get wet immediately (including your hair if you don't realize that is about to occur). We brought nice steaks and veggies to cook (inside as there is no grills allowed), but there was no steak knives to facilitate cutting the veggies or the steaks :( The neighbors were all friendly. Be aware that although the property is "riverfront", you do have to take a steep, winding staircase to get to the water, so if you are elderly, handicapped, or have trouble navigating a lot of stairs carrying tubes, coolers, etc. it may be difficult for you to access the river itself. The host definitely keeps in touch with you very regularly, so you will not have an issue getting in touch should you need anything! Overall, it was a great stay and we would go back for a more family style stay, but would probably pick an individual, quieter spot (vs a condo property) for a more "romantic" style getaway. We always leave a place cleaner than we found it, so we also would like to see the cleaning fee more as a deposit as we left the place with only bed linens needing to be put in the dryer and placed back on the bed. That being said though, it is a personal choice to clean up after ourselves, so we understand that not everyone does, hence the cleaning fee :) We definitely recommend this condo for a great view of the river and it is located right next to the pool. The pool was not "well-maintained" though, so we went for about 5 minutes, but opted to not stay. That is no fault of the owner though, as it should be maintained by their property management. Great stay overall!

We had so much fun staying here. It was so nice being right on the river. My husband brought his scuba gear and got a lot of good dive time in!

Condo was great with a great location overlooking the Comal River. Only drawback was the ignorant people in condo above us who were loud, dropped cigarettes, beer and coolers down onto our balcony...

We went to float the river and eat at some of the local restaurants. The location, atmosphere, cleanliness of this place was amazing! We’ve stayed at several different Places and my wife agreed that this place delivered perfectly to our needs. If you’re floating the river, the shuttles park within a quarter of a mile away. These condos also have their own river access! Whenever we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely amazing and perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely recommend this place and continue to stay here in the future. The location is convenient and Communication with the property manager was easy and transparent. This was my second year renting this property and it’ll be my go-to New Braunfels rental for years to come. The owner is extremely responsive. The property is clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The AC is cold. WiFi is fast enough for Zoom meetings. Covered parking at your door. And you’re a two minute walk to the Comal entrance and a five minute walk from the public exit back home (or even shorter if you pop out earlier on the property’s stairs). Very verrrry few places boast this combination of amenities. Book while you can!
